entered into an agreement with Cognigen Networks, Inc. to buy certain telecommunications customer accounts and
assets together with the brand names Cognidial, Congnicall and Cogniworld.
Acceris Management and Acquisition LLC (“Acceris”) is a broad based communications company, serving
residential, small and medium-sized business and large enterprise customers in the United States.
We provide a variety of products from reasonable domestic and international long distance voice services to
fully managed and fully integrated data services and superior services. Our focus is on combining advanced
back-office support, operational expertise and first-rate customer care with quality voice and data
communications solutions.

| • Their rates are excellent in and out of state. Their service is instantaneous. You can talk to a live
person. Billing is trouble-free and payments can be made on-line or direct debiting. Acceris is really a great.
